Introduction

ME:

My name is Michael from Richmond (located in the Bay Area California). I am currently a student at a Community College near my house. I am going to transfer to Hayward State University in Hayward, California. I am debating on "Business Management", "Accounting", or "Real Estate".

I am mixed with Filipino, German, Swedish, Irish, and a little Cherokee Indian. My mom is Filipino and My dad is White.

I love to watch sports on television. I also like to watch whatever else is on the television. I enjoy romantic comedies, action films and the rest of the genres of movies.

I also love to listen to music. I think it is my life and I enjoy almost every type of music. That is excluding techno, trance and gangster rap. They don't have lyrics that I can relate to.

Chat online and surf the web.

I like to work out and walk the treadmill.

I am religious and I attend a Baptist church a couple of blocks away from my house. I like attending the Baptist church, because it if not as formal. However, I want to die a Roman Catholic, because it is the original religion of Christianity.

I am religious and I love this passage in the "Holy Bible". 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

I love Jesus Christ and I except Him as my "Lord and Savior." I was baptised when I was about 2 to 3 months old in the city of South City San Francisco, California, U.S.A.

I received my first communion years ago.

I love taking in the Lord's words by television. I have DirecTv, which has several channels that I love to watch to receive the "Lord's Word." I watch the "The Roman Catholic Channel" (EWTN) on channel 370, "God TV (GTV) on channel 365, "Church Channel" (TCC) on channel 371, TBN on channel 372, WORD on channel 373, TCT on channel 377, and NRB on channel 378.

I also watch "Pastor Joel Osteen" and "DR, Charles F. Stanley" (whose Ministry is "InTouch Ministries") on Sundays.

I also have "Holy Bible on DVD" (which has the complete King James Version of the Old and New Testament). I enjoy watching this DVD. I also have "The Bible Collection", which has 7 DVDs that are short movies of several stories in the Bible. Please scroll down to "Prayers" and "Scripture Verses" to see what I wrote there. I have learned a lot about God throughout my life, but I would love to read the Bible more. By reading the Bible more I will become closer to God. I also love listening to Christian Music. My favorite Christian radio station is KLOVE. If you haven't heard of it please go to www.klove.com and find out what the local radio station is near you. Please listen to it and see how you like. It is an excellent non-profit Christian radio station that allows people to hear artists like "Casting Crowns", "Three Days Grace", "Bethany Dillon", "Mercy Me", and the list goes on. I love the station and listen it all day. As you may know I am close to God, but I definitely want to be closer to Him. I feel that "God" keeps the world's population humble and honest. I am looking for a "Christian lady" (also known as a "sister in Christ") who shows the same interest in "the Lord Our Savior". Here is what Romans 10:10-13 says "For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. As the Scriptures tell us, "Anyone who believes in Him will not be disappointed." Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They all have the same Lord, who generously gives his riches to all who ask for them. For "Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.""

If she believes this then you have are on the same page as me.

Let me warn you. I am not as religious as I want to be. However, I do know a enough about the Lord to know that He loves all and if you accept Him with your heart then He will grant you access into "Heaven's Gate's".

That is what drives me to get closer to God and I hope that the lady that want to talk to me feels the same way I do. I am not too picky. I just want to know that you are a "Christian" and that you would like to get to know me. We can share our love for "Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior." Hopefully we can teach one another what we know and grow as spiritual people on this beautiful planet. Earth is a beautiful place to live and I am glad that God created me and allows me to breathe the fresh air of this planet.
