Introduction

First of all, thank you for reading my profile. What can I tell you about me? I am a cradle Catholic and have never strayed away from my faith. I am a happy and caring person with a positive outlook on life. I look for the good in everyone (Jesus has got to be in there somewhere). I enjoy exercising, and I love to cook. Somewhere along the way I became a bit of a nerd, love to have my nose in a book. I especially like old, classic movies. At 54, I am still a nice catholic girl. I try hard to live my faith. I have one grown son and my goal has always been to live like the person I want him to be. The Lord is truly my Shepherd and I start each day with Him. I pray about everything. I spend a lot of time in intercessory prayer for my family and friends. My family is a very important part of my life. I am one of eight children and my 2 sisters are my best friends. I believe in healthy living. I'm either in the gym or in exercise class 6 days a week. I completed my first half marathon with Team in Training (Leukemia, Lymphoma Society). It was very rewarding. I am comfortable with who I am and what I believe. So, after much prayer, I decided to put myself out there, so here I am. I promised God I would do this His way. I love cooking, working out, reading, movies, going to the theater in NYC, a nice glass of wine, watching Saints football and doing my own yard work. I am honest, dependable and I love with my whole heart. I am also independent, but not to a fault. I hope this site will lead me to that special man God has chosen for me. I pray for him daily.
